PICASSO HOMES is a Class "A” Custom Residential Design and Build company. The Principals have been separately building and developing in the Washington Metropolitan Area since the late 1980's and now will bring the architecture, design, construction and engineering of your project together as one complete package. Having been involved in many unique custom designs of new Homes, additions, and renovations projects around the Washington DC metro area, we can provide you the one stop shop of design and build service you have been looking for.
Our Transparent Business Model is simple and fair, we work on a Flat Management Fee Basis, so whatever your Home's actual costs are or whatever you spend on your Dream Home, we just charge our Management Fee based upon the actual costs of your Home design. Throughout the project from design inception to delivery of your completed Dream Home keys, our objective is to find the very best competitive construction costs for vendors and materials while maintaining the highest level of design integrity. All the while keeping separate books for each project for total project transparency.
We maintain a personal care and dedication with our clients by listening, providing at any time an accounting of their project, so that a project's journey a memorable, enjoyable and trusting one.
Picasso Homes is led by highly experience Principals, Patrick M. Kessler and Jaime H. Altamirano. We joined together to merge our experience, knowledge and resources along with transforming the attitude of the market place of General Contractors and Design/Build Professionals, by listening, being fair, providing a high quality product and true transparency in the daily work and accounting of each and every project. As every professional should, we too pride ourselves on delivering high quality homes and renovation projects that the Owners are proud of and are happy to have built for them and their families. Having grown up in this Northern Virginia Area and in a Real Estate Development, Brokerage and Home Building Family, Patrick M. Kessler's knowledge of the area, Home Building and Land Development knowledge and experience allows him to lead our business with great skill and forethought for the benefit of the Client's New Home or Renovation project. As the Managing Principal, he is involved in every Contract, Lot/Land Purchase, Architectural and Engineering Design, Bank Finance coordination and most importantly, the Client's Customer Service program. His honesty, integrity, transparency, forward-thinking, and meticulous attention to details have ensured his status, reputation and longevity in the industry.
